Brian Hogue

Brian R. Hogue represents plaintiffs and defendants in all types of commercial litigation in state, federal, and bankruptcy court at both the trial and appellate levels. He has worked with trial counsel at all stages of litigation: from formulating pre-trial strategies, writing dispositive motions, preparing jury charges, preparing for trial, and preserving error for appeal. Brian has also worked on appeals in federal court and appeals and original proceedings in Texas court, including the Texas Supreme Court.

Brian graduated from Cornell Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cornell Law Review. After law school, Brian clerked for the Honorable Richard C. Wesley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Lee H. Rosenthal of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
